At the height of my illness when I couldn’t walk, my physio said to me “start with 3 minutes”…and then go home and lie down to rest. As a mantra it resonated for lots of areas of my recovery, and from this, way back then, I started an anonymous, public Instagram account to connect with others who too were chronically ill. Since then, I have used it to share information that I have learned, and to try to support others going through a similar journey.
