Dr Melrona Kirrane

Dr Melrona Kirrane has been a lecturer in Organisational Psychology at Dublin City University Business School (DCUBS) since 1999 where she teaches on a range of advanced management programmes. Melrona has been Academic Director of the MSc in Work Organisational Psychology at DCUBS (2009-2013) and delivered a number of modules on this programme as well as on the MBA, MSc in HR Management and MSc in Emergency Management. These modules include Leadership, Employee Selection & Assessment, Organisational Development and Change Management.

Melrona actively engages in industry partnerships across market sectors working with companies such as Vodafone, Intel and Ericsson in fields such as employee selection, change management and leadership development.

Jasper Walshe

Jasper is a professional corporate and executive coach, a member of the Association for Coaching, and an accredited partner and practitioner of Strengthscope™ (individual, leadership and team tools). Jasper’s early career was in Financial Services and his experience spans investment banking and property finance, to private banking and wealth advisory services.

Jasper understands the competing pressures of corporate life, and it is this realistic understanding that our clients so value. He combines his relative youth and frontline corporate experience to his advantage by bringing a fresh, energised and challenging approach to his coaching clients’ mandates. He enjoys strong results with business owners, senior and board-level executives and partners of consulting businesses, facilitating transitional, busy or challenging periods in their roles and careers.

Ruth Mullally

Ruth has over 15 years experience in selection, development, talent management, organisational development, training and coaching. She lectures on Leadership Development, International Human Resource Management and Organisational Psychology in UCD, DIT and DBS, and is a Registered Organisational Psychologist and Associate Fellow of the Psychological Society of Ireland. She is also a Chartered Member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel Development and co-founded the Coaching Psychology Group in 2008. 

She has worked within Healthcare, Pharmaceutical, Manufacturing, Engineering, Civil Service, Telecommunications, Retail and Hospitality organisations as well as many private, semi-state and public sector organisations.
