Leisha McGrath BA, MSc, AFBPsS, AFPsSI,Reg. Pscychol., Ps.S.I. CPsychol, MAC
Leisha is a Chartered Psychologist and Associate Fellow of the Psychological Society of Ireland and a member of their Division of Work and Organisational Psychology and Coaching groups. She is also a Chartered Psychologist and Associate Fellow of the British Psychological Society and member of their special interest Coaching group. She has a Masters in Occupational Psychology from Goldsmiths College and a first class honours International degree from University College Dublin and Université de Lille 3. She also has a Diploma in Coaching from the Coach Institute of Ireland and is a Member of the Association for Coaching. Leisha’s early career saw her establishing and managing busy HR Departments, and she supported the growth of these organisations through the introduction of a range of best practice HR initiatives. She has worked in consultancy for over a decade, and her clients range from SMEs to large scale public sector institutions. Leisha’s special interests are psychometrics, coaching, talent and change management. She is increasingly involved with maternity coaching and supporting clients with their wider health and well- being. She has lectured at university level and has had several articles published in professional publications and national newspapers. She was part of the CIPD award winning team in 2007 for Business Planning processes. Leisha is married and lives in Dublin, with her husband and two young children.
Dr. Melrona Kirrane BA, BSc, MSc, PhD, C.Psychol, Reg Psychol
Dr Melrona Kirrane has been a lecturer in Organisational Psychology at Dublin City University Business School (DCUBS) since 1999 where she teaches on a range of advanced management programmes. She was recently appointed Professor of Leadership at Princess Noriah University, Riyadh, Saudi Arabia and has been visiting Professor of Management at Danube University of Austria since 2007. Melrona has been Academic Director of the MSc in Work Organisational Psychology at DCUBS (2009-2013) and delivers a number of modules on this programme as well as on the MBA, MSc in HR Management and MSc in Emergency Management. These modules include Leadership, Employee Selection & Assessment, Organisational Development and Change Management. Melrona maintains an active research agenda which she has published in national and international peer-reviewed journals. She supervises the work of a number of PhD scholars and has a particular interest in psychoanalysis, leadership, individual differences and strategic change. Melrona actively engages in industry partnerships across market sectors working with companies such as Vodafone, Intel and Ericsson in fields such as employee selection, change management and leadership development. She is a Registered Psychologist with the Psychological Society of Ireland (PSI), Assoc. Fellow of the British Psychological Society (BPS), Chartered Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD) and a member of Association of Psychoanalytic Psychotherapy of Ireland (APPI), the Society of Industrial and Organisational Psychology (SIOP), the European Association of Work & Organisational Psychology (EAWOP) and the International Society for the Psychoanalytic Study of Organisations ( ISPSO).
Ruth Mullally, MA, Reg Psychol PsSI, A.F.PsSI, MCIPD
Ruth is recognized within her field and currently lectures on Leadership Development, International Human Resource Management and Organisational Psychology in UCD, DIT and DBS. Ruth is a Registered Organisational Psychologist and Associate Fellow of the Psychological Society of Ireland. She is also a Chartered Member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel Development. Ruth co-founded the Coaching Psychology Group in 2008 and was Chair from 2012-2014. She has also presented at a number of international conferences. She is Level A and B qualified and is accredited to use a variety of psychometric instruments. She has over 15 years experience in selection, development, talent management, organizational development, training and coaching. She has worked for a number of private, semi-State and public sector organisations in Ireland and abroad including: Spain, Peru, Belgium, Poland, Denmark, UK and USA. She has worked in the Leadership Development team in Bank of Ireland and in the Group Executive Development and Succession Management team of AIB. Apart from Finance she has also worked within Healthcare, Pharmaceutical, Manufacturing, Engineering, Civil Service, Telecommunications, Retail and Hospitality organisations.
Jasper Walshe BComm, MBS
As well having both a Commerce degree and a masters in International Business from University College Dublin, Jasper is qualified as a professional Corporate and Executive Coach. He is a member of the Association for Coaching, and an accredited partner and practitioner of Strengthscope ™ (individual, leadership and team tools). Jasper’s early career was in Financial Services and his experience spans from investment banking and property finance, to private banking and wealth advisory services. Jasper understands the competing pressures of a corporate life, and it is this realisitic understanding that our clients so value. He combines his relative youth and frontline corporate experience to his advantage by bringing a fresh, energised and challenging approach to his coaching clients’ mandates. He enjoys strong results with business owners, senior & board-level execs and partners of advisory businesses, facilitating transitional, busy or challenging periods in their roles and careers.
